Your training history is a competitive advantage
Elite athletes treat their training logs like financial records. Every session is an entry. Every progression is a data point. The log doesn't just tell you where you've been; it tells you whether your current approach is working.
ZON makes your log actually usable.
What's stored after every session
When you complete a session in ZON, every detail is automatically saved:
- Every exercise, in order
- Every set with exact weight and reps logged
- Your RPE (rate of perceived exertion) notes if you added them
- Rest durations between sets
- Session start and end time
- The debrief summary with volume delta and highlights
- Any coach notes or feedback attached to the session
Nothing needs to be entered manually after the fact. The log builds itself during training.
Search and filter your history
The history view is a proper database, not a chronological scroll:
By exercise. Search "Romanian Deadlift" and see every set you've ever done on that movement, across all programs and dates, sorted by date or by best set.
By date. Jump to any week or month. See what you were doing six months ago when you were in your last strength block.
By program block. Filter by program to compare how you performed during different training phases.
Session replay and comparison
Select any historical session to replay it in detail: see the full workout as it ran, set by set, with all your logged data. Then compare it side by side with a more recent version of the same session to see exactly where you've progressed and where you've stalled.
This is how you detect a plateau with precision. Not with a feeling. With a set-by-set comparison.
Shareable training summaries
Every session in your history can generate a share card directly from the detail view. Useful for checking in with your coach on a specific session, sharing a PR with your Tribe, or just keeping a visual record of a milestone workout.
Available on iOS and Android (private beta). History is unlimited. Every session is stored for the life of your account.
