One app for athletes who train more than one thing.
ZON exists because hybrid athletes were running their training across four apps and a spreadsheet. We built the one place where all of it fits.
Why ZON
Hybrid training outgrew the tools.
Lift on Monday, run intervals on Tuesday, a Hyrox simulation on Saturday. Each session lived in a different app: a lifting log for the barbell, a GPS tracker for the runs, a recovery app for sleep, and a spreadsheet for the program that tied it together.
None of them knew about the others. The running app had no idea your legs were cooked from squats. The lifting log could not tell that a long run was coming. So the athlete ended up doing the math alone, every day.
ZON puts every session in one log and one training load, then uses that full picture to decide what today should look like.

Product principles
What we hold ourselves to.
Every feature in ZON has to pass these four tests before it ships.
One log for every discipline
Strength sets, GPS runs and Hyrox stations land in the same history and the same training load. No exports, no second app.
Readiness decides the day
Sleep, HRV, soreness and recent load become one score each morning, with a clear call: push, hold or recover.
AI that explains itself
When the copilot changes your session, it tells you why. When you finish, it writes the debrief. You stay the one who decides.
Built for the gym floor
Fast to log between sets, readable mid-effort, and reliable without signal. Your phone should never be the reason a session breaks.
The company
Small team, one product.
ZON is built by a small independent team based in France. We make one thing: the ZON app. Feedback from athletes shapes what we build next, and every message to support is read by the people who make the product.
