You can't fix what you can't see
Every athlete has imbalances. Most of them develop slowly and invisibly over months of biased programming. By the time they show up as pain or injury, the pattern has been there for a long time.
ZON's Muscle Map makes imbalances visible before they become problems.
The Muscle Map
ZON maintains a real-time anatomical model of your body overlaid with your training data. Every muscle group is color-coded based on two variables:
Volume. How much total tonnage has targeted this muscle in the last 7 and 28 days.
Frequency. How many sessions in the last 28 days have included direct or indirect work for this group.
The heat map shifts from cool to warm as volume and frequency increase. Muscles you haven't touched in two weeks go cold visually. Muscles you've been hammering daily show as hot.
Rotate the model to see the anterior and posterior chain separately. Identify the muscles that are getting neglected in your current program before your physio does.
Progression charts per exercise
Tap any major muscle group on the map to enter its detail view. From there, select any exercise that targets that muscle and ZON displays your full strength curve on a touch-to-inspect chart:
- Every logged set plotted over time
- Best set per session highlighted
- Gradient trend line showing your 30-day direction
- Touch any point to see the exact date, weight, and reps
This is how you answer the question: "Am I actually getting stronger on this movement?" Not with a feeling. With a curve.
Weekly muscle balance report
ZON computes a balance score between antagonist muscle groups each week:
- Push vs pull (chest and shoulders vs back and rear delts)
- Quad vs hamstring
- Anterior vs posterior chain overall
If a significant imbalance is detected, ZON flags it in your SpatialHub weekly synthesis note. Your coach can see the same data on their athlete dashboard.
Available on iOS and Android (private beta). Muscle Map updates automatically after every session. No manual muscle group tagging required.
