How do I get started with ZON Coach HQ?
After signing up, the onboarding flow guides you through 3 steps: connect your Stripe account, customize your coach profile, then invite your first athletes via a link or QR code. Everything is ready in under 10 minutes.
How do I invite my athletes to the platform?
From your Coach HQ dashboard, go to Roster and click "Invite". You get a personalized link or QR code to share. Your athletes download the ZON app and join your space directly.
Can I create programs for multiple athletes at once?
Yes. Build a program using the drag-and-drop builder, then assign it to one or more athletes in one click. Each athlete gets an independent copy you can tweak individually.
How does Stripe Connect work?
ZON uses Stripe Connect so your athletes' payments go directly to your bank account. Connect your Stripe account once from Settings → Billing. The platform takes zero additional percentage from your revenue.
What is the Form Check feature?
Form Check lets you receive technical analysis videos from your athletes and respond with annotations or voice comments. Athletes submit their videos from the app; you review them from the web dashboard.

How do I download the ZON athlete app?
The ZON app is available on the iOS App Store and Android (private Firebase beta). Use the install link from your coach's invitation, or the buttons on the ZON site. Sign-up happens through your coach's invitation — no independent account needed.
How do weekly check-ins work?
Each week, your coach can send you a check-in form (weight, energy, recovery, notes). Fill it in from the app — your coach gets a notification and can reply directly.
What is the ZON feed?
The feed is ZON's social space where you can share your performances, follow other athletes, and participate in leaderboards by discipline (HYROX, running, strength…). Accessible from the app and web.
Can I have multiple coaches?
Yes, you can be coached by multiple coaches simultaneously. Each coach only sees the data you share with them in their dedicated space.

Billing

Is there a free trial?
Yes, ZON offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the platform doesn't meet your expectations within 14 days of subscribing, contact us for a full refund, no questions asked.
How do I change my subscription plan?
Go to Coach HQ → Settings → Billing. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes are prorated automatically via Stripe.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel from Settings → Billing → Manage subscription at any time. Your access remains active until the end of the current period. No cancellation penalty.
Where can I find my invoices?
All your invoices are available in Coach HQ → Settings → Billing → Payment history. They are automatically generated by Stripe and downloadable as PDF.
