ZON treats the run as part of the same session model as your sets. That means your coach sees one timeline, one completion record, and one place to comment after the fact.
What you see while you move
The live tracker is built for outdoor focus: map underlays, a pinned header with progress toward the current target when your plan defines one, and metrics you can read at a glance. HealthKit can supply live BPM when permissions allow. When you need to stop safely, hold-to-stop avoids accidental taps mid stride, and pause or resume stays available for traffic lights and crossings.
After you stop
Route samples carry position, altitude, speed, and timing so the recap is not a toy polyline. Structured plans keep interval rests and advances coordinated with the rest of the block. Free runs from quick start still land as first class entries so casual mileage does not disappear.
ZON mobile app (iOS + Android). Core training and logging, including GPS run tracking inside sessions, are free to use. AI-heavy experiences may require Premium where indicated in the app.
