The debrief is where learning happens
Most athletes finish a session and immediately move on. The data stays in the log, unseen and unused. ZON adds a debrief moment: a structured screen that tells you what just happened before you leave the gym.
This is where the feedback loop closes.
What the debrief shows you
Volume delta
Every completed session is compared to the previous time you ran the same workout. ZON shows the change in total tonnage, reps and time. Up means you progressed. Down means you know exactly where.
Records and highlights
ZON pulls the standout moments straight from your logged data:
- Personal records hit (heaviest set, most reps at a given weight)
- Exercises where your performance jumped
- Effort markers based on your RPE
The AI analysis
On top of the numbers, the AI writes a short diagnostic of the session:
- A score for the session as a whole
- Strengths: what went well, like a new record or a solid effort on your key lift
- To improve: what held the session back, like skipped sets or an RPE higher than planned
- Next: a concrete target for your next session of the same type
It reads your session against your history and your goal, so the advice is about you, not a template.
The share card
One tap from the debrief generates a clean session card: your key stats, the session name and your highlights. Share it to your ZON feed or export it for your stories.
Saved to your history
Every debriefed session is stored with full detail: every set, every rep, every RPE and the analysis itself. Your history becomes a training database, not a scroll.
