Running is part of training, not a separate app
ZON treats a run as part of the same session model as your sets. One timeline, one completion record, one training load across strength and endurance. That is what makes your readiness score and your stats meaningful.
What you see while you move
The live tracker is built for outdoor focus: a map underneath, a header showing progress toward the current target when your plan defines one, and metrics you can read at a glance. Apple Health can supply live heart rate when you allow it. Hold-to-stop avoids accidental taps mid-stride, and pause and resume are there for traffic lights and crossings.
After you stop
Route samples carry position, altitude, speed and timing, so the recap is a real record, not a decorative line. Structured plans keep interval rests and transitions in step with the rest of the block. Free runs started from quick start still land as full entries, so casual mileage never disappears.
Built for hybrid days
Run, then lift. Run between Hyrox stations. Run intervals with strength work in between. The workout player switches to the GPS tracker for the run segment and back to your sets when it's done, all inside one session.
