The daily check-in: 10 seconds, three questions
Every morning, ZON surfaces a minimal check-in prompt directly in SpatialHub. Three dimensions:
Sleep quality. How well did you actually sleep? Not just hours, subjective quality.
Fatigue level. How does your body feel right now, before any coffee? Legs heavy? Muscles sore from yesterday?
Mood and motivation. Mental state affects performance more than most athletes admit.
Three sliders. Ten seconds. Done. ZON computes a readiness score from 0 to 100 and flags it in your daily hub. Green means push. Yellow means be smart. Red means this is not the day to test your max.
The weekly physical check-in
Once a week, ZON prompts a deeper check-in:
- Body weight tracked over time with trend visualization
- Written notes for your coach (how the week felt, any pain or concern)
- Progress photos (front, side, back) stored securely and shared with your coach
Your coach receives this directly in their athlete dashboard. No emails, no DMs, no information lost in transit.
