Nutrition connected to training, not bolted on
Most nutrition apps operate in silos. You enter foods, you get a total, you hope it aligns with your program. There's no connection between what you eat and what you lift or run.
ZON starts from the premise that nutrition is a performance variable. It lives in the same app as your sessions, your readiness and your stats.
Diet strategy as the backbone
Instead of counting calories at random, ZON structures your nutrition around a diet strategy you choose:
- Bulk: targeted caloric surplus with protein first
- Cut: controlled deficit that protects muscle mass
- Maintenance: balance for performance and recovery
From this strategy and your data (weight, goal, activity level), ZON calculates your daily macros and spreads them across your meals. Targets move with your training, so a heavy session day is fueled differently from a rest day.
Log a meal with a photo
Take a picture of your plate and ZON estimates its calories and macros. Check the result, adjust a portion if needed, and it's logged. Logging takes seconds, so you actually keep doing it.
The meal timeline
On the Today screen, the nutrition view lays out your day meal by meal: breakfast, lunch, post-workout, dinner. For each one, you see the target and what you've already eaten.
At the end of the day, you see exactly whether you held your strategy. No mental math, the gaps are right there.
Quick log, for the real world
Perfect plans meet real life: a handful of nuts between meetings, a banana before training. Quick log lets you add an unplanned item in a few seconds so your day stays accurate.
