Getting started
Is ZON free?
Yes. ZON is free to download and to log your training. ZON Pro adds AI-generated programs, predictive analytics, AI form analysis, automatic post-workout analysis and your full training history. It is billed by the App Store and you can cancel anytime in your Apple settings.
Is ZON available on Android?
ZON is live on the App Store for iPhone. The Android app is in beta: join the waitlist and we will send you access.
How is ZON different from a gym logger like Hevy or Strong?
ZON logs strength and running in the same place, then uses your recovery data to adapt what comes next. Logging a set stays as fast as in a classic gym app.
Training
Does ZON work for Hyrox training?
Yes. You can log runs and all eight Hyrox stations in the same session, build full simulations, and follow your splits and training load across the season.
Which sports does ZON support?
Hyrox, running, powerlifting, weightlifting, bodybuilding, cross-training, OCR and general strength and conditioning. The workout player adapts to strength, runs and conditioning circuits.
Does ZON track runs with GPS?
Yes. Runs are recorded with live pace and distance, and they sit in the same log and the same training load as your strength sessions.
Can I bring my current program?
Yes. Take a photo or upload a PDF or screenshot of your program and ZON rebuilds it as a structured plan you can train from.
ZON Pro and billing
What does ZON Pro include?
ZON Pro unlocks AI-generated programs built from your profile, predictive analytics for your next max, AI form analysis from set videos, an automatic analysis after every workout, and your full training history.
How do I cancel ZON Pro?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel ZON. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Devices and data
Does it work with Apple Watch and Apple Health?
Yes. You can log from Apple Watch, and ZON syncs sleep, HRV, energy and workouts with Apple Health to compute your readiness.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is hosted in Europe, and you can delete your account at any time from the app settings.
